• Clients will be asked to stay home and cancel visits or exchanges if they have been exposed to anyone presumed or confirmed to have the Coronavirus.  They will also be expected to quarantine for 5 days before resuming visits and provide medical documentation for clearance.

• Clients will be asked to stay home and cancel visits or exchanges if they are sick or experiencing any Covid -19 symptoms.

• Monitor will take temperatures when necessary. Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100.3°F will need to reschedule their visitation.

• Visits or exchanges will be terminated if monitor observes any signs of illness, such as a cough or fever.

• Intake Interviews will be completed using Zoom video conferences.

• It is the clients responsibility to inform the monitor prior to a supervised visit or exchange:
         1) if they have recently traveled outside of the local area
         2) if they have traveled internationally
         3) if they are experiencing symptoms of illness
  or   4) have been exposed to someone with the virus.

• Non-custodial parents are required to have hand sanitizer in their possession.

• Masks are optional however clients are asked to keep 6 feet distance from monitor at all times.  The use of mask for children will be discussed during the intake interviews. 

• Transportation of clients or riding with clients is not permitted.
